Leadership is a clinical skill. The Virtual Leadership Academy brings together sixty scenario-based modules across three career stages: leading yourself, leading teams and leading systems.
Supporting clinicians throughout their careers
The three tiers support junior residents, senior residents and new consultants, and clinicians leading services. The academy is planned to launch with a face-to-face workshop in Karachi in November 2026.
